Anthony R. Pagliaroli, MSc, Co-founder/President & CEO, Bright Lights Innovations, LLC   (BLI) grew out of the consulting practice he founded in 1995 to help individuals and organizations improve business performance and accelerate results. He has extensive practical experience in industrial sales, sales leadership and marketing management and an entrepreneTony P 2_adjustedurial background that he originally took to start-up and small organizations and over the years expanded to many diverse organizations and industries. Through his own journey to better understand growth, personal development and organizational change, Tony completed  an International Masters of Science; Creativity & Innovation from SUNY, Buffalo College, ICSC.  He leads BLI and a team of talented professionals to prepare organizational leaders and  their teams with essential 21st century skills and creative thinking tools to create a richer more robust future.

 

 

 

 

Susan Keller-Mathers, Ed.D, Co-founder/Chief Learning Officer & VP Research, Dr. Keller-Mathers is also an Associate Professor at the International Center for Studies in Creativity where she teaches graduate courses in creativity and change leadership. Her area of expertise is development of creative learning, facilitating teams and organizations to lead change and deliberate methodologiesSKellerMathers_adjusted for creative problem solving. She coauthored two books on Creative Problem  Solving, researched the lives of mature women of creative accomplishment and works with organizations in ten countries in Asia, the Americas, Africa and the Middle East to enhance creative performance and facilitate groups. Some past clients include Strategic Group Navy War College, Seneca Gaming Corporation Management Development, Austin Texas and Sharpsville PA school districts leaders and Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario. Dr. Keller-Mathers holds a MS in Creativity and an Ed.D in Curriculum and Instruction.

 

 

 

 

Joanna C. Sutton, Business Innovation Advisor,  is a successful B2B marketing and finance executive with a track record of delivering profitable growth by launching new business concepts built on advanced technologies.  She collaborates with innovators from the idea stage to product launch.  Her expertise includes business model design, strategic planning, partnering with customers, and measuring results.  Her passion for technology and innovation has led her to begin a new journey collaborating with the small business and start-up community.

 

 

 

 

 

Teresa Lawrence, Ph.D, PMP, CSM  Project Innovation Advisor,  also known as “The “Breakthrough PM”, is a former Superintendent of Schools, educator and project manager.  Teresa uses her broad talents consulting, designing curriculum for programming, facilitating broad content and coaching in creativity and the application of creative problem solving in all aspects of project management.  She is a provider of PDU’s and PMI certification training and a Certified Scrum Master.  In her practice, she’s also weaving Creativity and Innovation methods and skills within strategic and change initiatives, across all domains, organizations and industries.  Teresa is an alum of the International Center for Studies in Creativity  (ICSC) and serves as the VP of Certification Training in the Buffalo, NY PMI Chapter.  She is the past recipient of Buffalo First “Women of Influence” and the University at Buffalo Graduate School of Education “Distinguished Alumni” award.

 

 

 

 

Roger L. Firestien, Ph.D, Curator / The Gold Standard of Creativity, has taught more people to lead the creative process than anyone else in the world.  Roger has presented programs in creativity to over 600 organizations nationally and internationally ranging from major fortune 500 corporations, government agencies, universities, associations and churches.  Dr. Firestien is the Senior Faculty member at the International Center for studies in Creativity at SUNY Buffalo State.  He is the authored and co-authored of five books.  His expert views on creativity have been reported in “Fast Company” and “The New York Times”.  When Roger is not traveling, he lives in Buffalo, NY and regularly works cattle on the SK Hereford Ranch new Median, NY.
